My Will & Probate clients are very involved in the process of figuring out the best plan for their property. We meet to give as much information as possible in order to create drafts until we obtain the right plan for each individual client.

Probate seems like a very complicated process, but I work hard to demystify it and help my client go through each process step by step from obtaining letters; marshaling the assets, cleaning out the home to distribution of property. I feel that educating each client helps them make a smooth transition through the process.
