My Will & Probate clients are very involved in the process of finding the best plan for their property. We meet to give as much information as possible in order to create drafts until we obtain the right plan for each individual client.

Probate seems like a very complicated process, but I work hard to demystify it. I help my clients go through each step of the process from obtaining letters; marshaling the assets, cleaning out the home to distribution of property. I feel strongly that educating each client helps make the process smoother.
